Director of Quantitative Operations £100,000 + bonus London - x2 days a week A leading specialist research business is looking for a Director of Quantitative Operations to take ownership of a high-performing operational function and play a key role in the continued growth of the business. This is a senior leadership opportunity, responsible for team performance, operational delivery, resource planning and client satisfaction, with oversight of a significant portfolio of projects. You''ll lead and develop a sizeable team, improve processes and ways of working, ensure high standards of delivery and act as a senior point of contact for key clients and internal stakeholders.
