The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping children’s daily experiences, guiding your team, and ensuring high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport all staff and engage in a good staff teamLiaise with and support parents and other family membersTo be involved in out of working hours activities, e.g. training, monthly staff meetings, parent evening, fundraising events etc.To be flexible within working practices of the nursery.
