DAY TO DAY Managing cases from start to finish, ensuring progress is tracked and updates are provided. Coordinating with customers, suppliers and internal teams to keep work moving. Identifying and resolving delays to achieve the best possible outcomes. Exploring alternative solutions when issues arise. Escalating technical or operational issues when required. Following up on outstanding actions and approvals. Handling incoming calls and queries professionally. Keeping accurate records and ensuring information is up to date. Managing multiple priorities within agreed timescales. Ensuring cases are completed and closed accurately. Contributing to continuous improvement and wider team projects.
