Key Responsibilities System Design and Integration: Oversee the development of product solutions, ensuring seamless integration into customer vehicles and industrial equipment.Requirements Management: Lead the definition and decomposition of technical targets between motors, controllers, and software.Project Leadership: Take ownership of technical delivery-ensuring projects are completed on time, to cost, and to high quality standards.Technical Mentorship: Coach and mentor a team of systems engineers, fostering professional growth and process improvement.Stakeholder Management: Act as the technical lead for customers and suppliers, demonstrating performance advantages and ensuring regulatory compliance. Candidate Requirements Education: Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Systems).
