Transformation and Improvement Lead Contract Inside IR35 Up to 700 per day A large public sector organisation is seeking experienced Transformation and Improvement Leads to support the delivery of a significant transformation programme. We are looking for strategic leaders with a proven track record of driving complex organisational change, service improvement, and transformation initiatives across large and diverse organisations. The Role As a Transformation and Improvement Lead, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering transformational change across multiple service areas. This is a senior-level position requiring strong stakeholder management, programme leadership, and the ability to influence at executive level. This role extends beyond a traditional Programme Manager position and will suit candidates who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
