This is an excellent opportunity for a mechanically biased engineering professional to oversee operations and maintenance activities, ensuring the safe, compliant, and efficient performance of critical plant and infrastructure. The successful candidate will lead engineering teams, manage specialist contractors, and drive continuous improvement across all aspects of service delivery. Key Responsibilities Lead the delivery of technical and mechanical services, ensuring operational excellence and high levels of customer satisfaction. Act as the primary escalation point for technical and operational issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Drive continuous improvement through the implementation of best practice maintenance standards and operational procedures. Manage and supervise the Operations and Maintenance team, including workload allocation, training, development, and performance management. Ensure planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance activities are completed in accordance with agreed schedules.
