About the Role:Based at a large, chilled foods manufacturer, you will be part of a multiskilled engineering team responsible for all planned and reactive maintenance across the site. Reporting to the Engineering Operations Manager, key responsibilities will include: Responding swiftly to breakdowns to minimise downtime and disruptions to production.Ensuring all planned maintenance is carried out to a high standard.Proactively looking for long-term engineering solutions to recurring issues, with a strong focus on continuous improvement,Working closely with production teams to improve reliability. About You:We''re looking for an apprentice trained engineer, either electrically or mechanically biased, with the following background: Experience of working in an engineering maintenance role in a food, drink, or FMCG production environment.A proactive approach, looking for newA team player, willing to share your knowledge and experience with the rest of the team.PLC fault-finding skills (for electrically biased engineers).18th Edition certification would be an advantage.
