Leading business change activities across a portfolio of transformation and improvement programmes. Supporting the delivery of system implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and digital transformation initiatives. Assessing the business impact of change and developing plans to support successful adoption. Working with stakeholders to understand current processes and identify opportunities for improvement, simplification, and automation. Developing and delivering change management strategies, communication plans, and stakeholder engagement activities.
