The role involves working with students aged 11-16 who have ASD, SEMH needs, and behavioural challenges. This position is ideal for aspiring teachers, educational psychologists, or behaviour specialists, as well as individuals with a strong interest in special educational needs and inclusive education. The Role: A rewarding full-time SEN Learning Support Assistant role within a specialist, in Chelmsford.Working closely with secondary school students with learing difficulties, making a genuine difference to their daily learning and wellbeing.Providing tailored 1:1 and small-group support both in and beyond the classroom.Playing a key role in supporting emotional regulation, positive behaviour, and meaningful engagement in education.
