Overview: Reporting into the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of engineering and maintenance across the group, ensuring properties remain compliant, safe, and operationally efficient. You will lead preventative maintenance programmes (PPM), oversee reactive maintenance, manage contractors, support refurbishment projects, and drive energy efficiency initiatives across the portfolio.
