As a Learning Support Assistant, you’ll work closely with pupils who require additional support—delivering tailored interventions that nurture both academic progress and emotional development. You’ll collaborate with a dedicated team of teachers and SEN professionals to keep every learner on track.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

Foster a welcoming, inclusive classroom where every child feels valued

Support pupils in building confidence, independence, and strong social skills

Work alongside teachers to deliver lessons that are engaging, accessible, and inspiring

Ensure all learners receive the guidance and encouragement they need to thrive academically and emotionally

What We’re Looking For:

• A Level 3 or 4 qualification in Learning Support (or equivalent)
• Previous experience supporting pupils with SEND, especially in a 1:1 capacity
• A compassionate, child-centred approach that adapts to each learner''s needs
