We are currently looking for a Pump Services Technical Support Engineer to join their Dudley-based team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on technical work, troubleshooting complex systems, and providing exceptional support to clients. You will be part of a team dedicated to ensuring pumps operate efficiently and reliably for customers across multiple industries. Key Responsibilities of this role as a Pump Services Technician you will be: Provide technical support for the installation, maintenance, and repair of pump systems. Diagnose faults and implement effective solutions to ensure optimal performance. Liaise with customers to understand issues and provide timely updates on service progress. Work closely with the Pump Services Manager and colleagues to schedule and prioritise tasks. Maintain accurate records of service activities, reports, and maintenance logs. Assist with training and guidance for junior team members as required.
