Due to continued growth, we are looking to appoint an experienced Estimator to join our dynamic team.Role Overview:As an Estimator, you will play a key role in the pre-construction team, responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for fit-out projects. You will work closely with clients, designers, and the delivery team to ensure successful project outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions for fit-out projectsAnalyse drawings, specifications, and other documentationSource and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliersIdentify risks, opportunities, and value engineering optionsAttend site visits, pre-tender meetings, and client presentationsCollaborate with project managers and commercial teamsMaintain and update cost databases and pricing benchmarksRequirements:Proven experience as an Estimator within the fit-out/interiors sectorStrong understanding of construction methods, materials, and costsExcellent numerical and analytical skillsAbility to manage multiple tenders under tight deadlinesStrong communication and negotiation skillsProficiency in estimating software and Microsoft OfficeRelevant qualification in Construction, Quantity ..... full job details .....
