We are seeking a Principal Electrical Engineer to join our team, working on the design and development of hydropower and pumped storage hydro solutions. This role can be based anywhere in the UK.You will play a key role in all aspects of hydropower projects, from feasibility studies to construction and commissioning. Responsibilities include leading electrical engineering design, performing system analysis, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. You will also support business growth, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate across disciplines.Ideal candidates are Chartered or working towards Chartered status with the IET, with experience in large rotating machines and hydropower systems.
