Significant post-qualification experience in a UK accountancy practice. Experience managing a portfolio of at least 350k in annual fees. Strong technical knowledge of UK accounting and tax regulations. Proficiency in CCH software; experience with Xero, QuickBooks, and IRIS is also desirable. Excellent leadership, communication, and client relationship skills.Key Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely delivery of services and maintaining strong relationships.
