AREA SALES MANAGERS WANTED

Wales | West Midlands | Shropshire | Warwickshire | Greater London | Hertfordshire | Berkshire | Oxfordshire
£45,000 + Uncapped Commission (OTE £80,000+)
47.5 hours per week (Field-Based Role)

THE ROLE
You’ll be responsible for driving sales across a range of construction and heavy equipment products within your territory.
This is a field-based role where you’ll be:
- Generating new business through networking and prospecting
- Managing and growing existing accounts
- Closing deals and identifying additional revenue opportunities
- Working closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Proven experience in plant, construction, or heavy equipment sales
- Strong track record of hitting and exceeding targets
- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working independently
- Commercial awareness and confidence to close deals
