This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment and are keen to contribute to a growing business.You''ll be reporting directly to the Production Manager.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure that equipment is set in accordance with setting instructions to meet production plans,Prepare and organise production runs in accordance with production plans provided, Maintain the machine if approved to do so, and repair machinery breakdowns, Pack product being produced and ensure presentation is of a high standard and correctly labelled,Follow all Health and Safety procedures at all times.Work collaboratively with colleagues and supervisors to meet daily production targets.Candidates must demonstrate strong initiative and the ability to think on their feet.
