You will play a key role in maintaining operational excellence, resolving technical issues, supporting system improvements, and ensuring the continued security and performance of critical services.Key Responsilbilities Provide BAU support, administration, and coKey Responsibilitiesnfiguration management across Windows infrastructure and workplace environments.Plan and coordinate maintenance activities, upgrades, and patching across secure networks.Implement changes to Windows environments while minimising operational disruption.Act as Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for Windows-related incidents and service requests.Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues within agreed SLAs.Conduct root cause analysis on recurring incidents and support long-term remediation activities.Maintain technical documentation, asset registers, and knowledge base articles.Monitor infrastructure health, alerts, backups, performance, and security.Support compliance with security policies and ..... full job details .....
