Director of Strategy and Performance Salary: £74,033 - £80,915 per annumLocation: St AlbansHours: Full Time, 37 hours per weekAbout the RoleWe are seeking an exceptional Director of Strategy and Performance to join our senior leadership team in a pivotal role reporting directly to the CEO.This is a highly influential position, comparable in seniority to our Vice Principals, and closely aligned to a Chief of Staff role. The post has been created to bring greater structure, clarity and alignment across strategic planning, organisational performance and executive operations.The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring our Strategic Plan is clearly understood across the organisation and translated into measurable priorities and deliverable outcomes.
