Occupational Health Technician - Health SurveillanceJob Purpose To support the Occupational Health (OH) service by delivering high-quality health surveillance, fitness-for-work assessments, and wellbeing screening in line with HSE guidance and company policies.Key ResponsibilitiesHealth Surveillance Conduct statutory health surveillance programmes including audiometry, spirometry, HAVS Tier 1 and 2 assessments, vision screening, and skin checks. Accurately record and interpret results, escalating abnormalities to a clinician. Maintain calibration and functioning of all OH equipment. Clinical Duties Complete new starter health questionnaires and baseline screening. Provide lifestyle and health promotion information. Administration and Compliance Maintain accurate, confidential clinical records in line with GDPR and OH guidelines using OH software Cority.
