A boutique Main Contractor are looking to add an Experienced Quantity Surveyor to their team near Cobham, Surrey.

It''s a rare opportunity where High-End Residential experience isn''t necessary but you''ll be working on some of the finest homes the home counties and London have to offer.

The Quantity Surveyor''s Role

The Quantity Surveyor would be responsible for running projects from concept to completion across 2 / 3 High-End Residential New builds or Refurbishments.

Alongside having your own projects to run, the new Quantity Surveyor will form an important part of the commercial division.

You''ll be working closely with the Director of the business and learning and also benefit from 1 day working from home.

The Quantity Surveyor

• Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar
• Minimum of 4 years Quantity Surveying experience
• Worked within a Main Contractor
• High-End Residential Experience NOT NECCESARY
• Good pre and post contract knowledge
• Team focused, confident, professional
