Business Development Manager - Automotive and Automation
Role Overview The Business Development Manager will drive revenue growth and expand market presence in the Automotive, Transport, Tier-1 Supplier, and Vehicle Battery Manufacturing sectors. Working closely with sales, segment leaders, and account managers, you ll identify and convert high-value opportunities aligned with strategic priorities. As a proactive business developer, you ll build a strong sales and project pipeline through targeted engagement with OEMs, integrators, and key stakeholders combining customer visits, market insight, and a structured approach to deliver tailored, high-value solutions. This role blends commercial expertise with technical understanding of complex manufacturing and automation environments to maximise sustainable growth.
