Vehicle Technician Opportunity at Leading Droitwich Dealership

Our client, a well-established dealer in Droitwich, is actively recruiting for a skilled Vehicle Technician to join their busy workshop. Duties:

• Performing vehicle servicing, repairs, and diagnostics to high standards
• Conducting electrical and mechanical repairs
• Repairing suspension, steering, braking, and air conditioning systems
• Diagnosing and repairing electric and hybrid vehicles where required
• Fitting manufacturer-approved accessories and additional equipment
• Completing vehicle health checks and producing digital reports
• Maintaining accurate and comprehensive service documentation
• Collaborating effectively with the workshop team to ensure workflow efficiency

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or in a similar automotive role
• NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent qualification
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills
• MOT licence desirable but not essential
• Qualifications in EV/Hybrid vehicle repair advantageous but not mandatory
