Senior Financial Accountant - salary plus bonusThis role is predominantly financial accounting led, with management oversight and stakeholder interaction layered on top. It is a great role for someone technical who enjoys pace, real ownership, alongside review responsibility and leading a small team.The bonus of this newly created role is that it will include management accounting, bringing broader scope to your working day, across the following:Monthly MI and board packsVariance analysisPerformance statistics vs benchmarksI''m keen to speak with people who: Are ACA / ACCA / CIMA (part or fully qualified) Have strong technical and statutory financial accounting, balance sheet and income statement reconciliations experience Can deal with internal and external auditors Will ensure accounting standards and controls are correctly appliedTechnical, regulated accounting Have good VAT returns knowledge (ideally property specific VAT issues) Has some experience supporting or managing others Real Estate / Fund Accounting experience would be a big plus but not essential.
