You will be operating at a level between Senior and Director; the consultancy is more interested in hiring the right personality fit rather than the exact seniority. The essential components for this role include working in a client facing role, taking lead of and mentoring the 12-engineer strong electrical team, and involvement in business development (this is not target driven). It would be highly advantageous if you are a chartered engineer and if you have experience working on projects with £100m+ value. Outside of day-to-day duties, you will be given opportunities to bring value to the business whether through new business development or training; every initiative taken and business won is recognised and rewarded, many with bonuses.Do you have at least 8 years of Building Services Engineering consultancy experience?
