Wildes Resort (Derbyshire) is part of Wildes Group a private group of quality hotels of distinction in the north of England.The Place4 Star, Award winning 69-bedroom hotel together with 2 banqueting suites catering for around 350 weddings and events per year, all within the grounds of 15 acres of gardens. The hotel has several restaurants including the Orangery Restaurant and Bar for more informal dining.As a Chef de Partie at Wildes Resort, you will be required to be adaptable as the venue is diverse and at any time will have multiple events happening across a number of areas. You will be supporting the Head Chefs to manage the day to day service. whilst delivering exceptional quality food.Key ResponsibilitiesTo provide food/service to a consistent high standard, including assisting senior chefs with functions in other different areas throughout the business.Ensure the presentation of the food is consistent with the standards set by senior chefs.Qualifications
