MORELAEngineering Manager Engineering Delivery Centre Glasgow Morela is proud to be supporting a fast-growing technology consultancy in the search for an Engineering Manager to lead its engineering delivery centre. This is a permanent role based in the client s Glasgow office five days a week, matching how the team works together.About the ClientOur client delivers enterprise SaaS platforms for large organisations, implementing, configuring and extending leading IT service management and AIOps products for their customers. The business is growing quickly and is investing in its own talent, bringing successive graduate cohorts through an in-house engineering centre in Glasgow.Customer engagement and programme delivery are already well covered, with project managers in place. This hire is a deliberate investment in the engineering engine itself: how the team builds, how well it builds, and how fast it grows.The RoleYou will own the engineering delivery centre. Your team is made up of capable but relatively early-career developers, and your job is to turn them into a high-performing, measurable engineering team over the next 6 to 12 months, then scale it as further graduate cohorts join.This is not a programme, PMO or customer-facing delivery role. It is for someone who has directly run development or engineering teams and cares about throughput, quality and growing people.
