As a key member of our team, you will be involved in building complex high and low voltage electromechanical assemblies, developing manufacturing processes, and ensuring quality delivery to our customers. Your responsibilities as an Electromechanical Technician: Build complex high and low voltage electromechanical assemblies for prototypes and products in development. Install electrical and mechanical components such as contactors, relays, PCBAs, LV and HV wiring harnesses, fasteners, and seals. Work from basic drawings and instructions, making necessary process developments and hand modifications. Support the Manufacturing Engineering Manager in developing suitable manufacturing processes, including process development, tool and jig specification, and in-process/end-of-line testing. Conduct production build and testing of complex electromechanical assemblies, maintaining detailed build records and production documents. Occasionally manufacture basic LV and HV wiring harnesses and provide off-site support to customers.
