Part Time Sales AdministratorWe are seeking a reliable and detail-focused Sales Administrator to support our sales, quality control and dispatch processes. This is a varied, hands-on role combining customer service, order processing and logistics coordination.Location: Outskirts of Leeds City Centre with parking Salary: 26,000 pro rata Hours: 8am to 2.30pm or 3pm Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, open to options/flexibility - all office based Key Responsibilities;Quality Control and DispatchCheck products against customer orders to ensure accuracyVerify payment status prior to dispatchPack products carefully to ensure safe transportation and avoid breakagesProduce dispatch documentation for courier deliveries and collectionsCollate dispatch paperwork for invoicing and archivingSales and Customer AdministrationRespond to customer enquiries via email and telephoneProduce quotations in line with agreed pricing policiesProactively follow up quotations to support sales conversionProcess customer orders upon receipt of purchase ordersProcess payments and handle cash accuratelyProduce works orders in line with customer requirementsKey Skills and ExperiencePrevious experience in customer service and sales administrationStrong written and verbal communication skillsExperience of order processing and sales supportExcellent attention to detail and accuracyGood understanding of the English language, both written and spokenPlease click apply or call Rachel on (url removed) Huntress ..... full job details .....
