Hays Technology are working with a client who are looking to add a Head of Digital and AI Programme to their organisation. This role will include the following key responsibilities:Programme Setup and Leadership:Establish and lead the Digital and AI Programme, setting strategic direction and ensuring alignment with internal priorities.Develop and implement a comprehensive roadmap for digital transformation and AI integrationFoster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the programme.Project and Product Delivery:Oversee the delivery of internal digital and AI projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Manage a portfolio of projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams to achieve programme objectives.Implement robust project management methodologies (including agile PM) and governance frameworks to monitor progress and mitigate risks.Innovation and Collaboration:Identify and evaluate emerging digital and AI technologies that can be leveraged to enhance internal operations.Collaborate with various departments, industry partners, and suppliers to bring innovative solutions into the programme.Lead initiatives to pilot and scale new technologies, ensuring they meet the needs of internal stakeholders.Stakeholder Engagement:Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior stakeholders, department heads, and technology experts.Communicate the vision, goals, ..... full job details .....
