Assistant Facilities Manager

Our client is a global commercial Real Estate company; it has an impressive portfolio of properties under its management and is currently looking to hire an Assistant Facilities Manager to be based in the City of London. As the Assistant Facilities Manager, you will support the Facilities Manager and Senior Facilities Manager in running the day-to-day operations across a portfolio of commercial properties. This will involve, liaising with tenants and service providers to ensure the smooth running of the maintenance, cleaning and security services to the buildings. The successful Assistant Facilities Manager will also support in preparing service charge budgets, financial tracking and vendor invoicing. The selected candidate must have a proven track record in a similar role, be proactive, have excellent communication skills, and be able to prioritise in a reactive and quick paced environment.
