The role focuses on delivering Level 2 Homebuyer Surveys, Level 3 Building Surveys, and occasional Residential Market Valuations across London. The Role Carry out Level 2 Homebuyer Surveys and Level 3 Building Surveys in line with RICS standards Produce clear, accurate, and professional reports Undertake residential market valuations (where competent) Identify defects and provide practical, professional recommendations Ensure ongoing compliance with RICS regulations and best practice Client Interaction Communicate survey findings clearly and professionally Respond to client queries regarding surveys and reports Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service About You Essential RICS Registered Surveyor (AssocRICS / MRICS / FRICS) Proven experience delivering Level 2 and Level 3 residential surveys Strong understanding of UK residential construction and building pathology Excellent written and verbal communication skills Full UK driving licence ..... full job details .....
