We are seeking a proactive and analytical Business Controller / Management Accountant to join a dynamic finance team supporting a high-value, multi-stakeholder business environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the annual budget and quarterly forecasting processes across business units.Partner with operational managers to identify and validate improvement projects, including ROI and business case analysis.Deliver timely, accurate financial reporting and performance analysis to both local and central teams.Provide financial insight and challenge to support operational decision-making and risk mitigation.Evaluate business cases for investments and improvement initiatives.Oversee financial control activities across recurring costs, inventory, non-recurring costs, and capital expenditure.What We''re Looking ForQualifications: CIMA qualified (or equivalent) with at least 2 years post-qualification experience in a manufacturing or commercial setting.Systems: Proficiency in SAP or similar financial reporting tools.Skills: Strong communication, analytical thinking, and a continuous improvement ..... full job details .....
