Job description Overview Braybrooke Beer Co. Ltd own two hospitality sites just outside Market Harborough: a stunning, 17th Century thatched village pub and on site brewery Taproom . As two bustling, community-focused venues that serves fresh, seasonal dishes we pride ourselves on offering high-quality, hearty pub and street food in a relaxed, welcoming environment . Our kitchen is a friendly and fast-paced environment, and we are looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join our team and work across both sites. Key Responsibilities: Run a designated section of the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes are prepared and presented to a high standard. Prepare and cook dishes to meet both quality and speed expectations, working with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Assist in the development and implementation of new menu items, and work with the head chef to maintain seasonal specials. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, adhering to food hygiene and health and safety regulations. Help manage stock levels, ordering, and stock rotation, ensuring minimal waste. Support junior team members and assist with their training and development. Ensure consistency and quality of food production at all times. What We''re Looking For: Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role, preferably within a pub or casual dining environment.
