First Line Support Analyst - Salesforce / CRMHybrid - North West (Runcorn area)Competitive Salary + BenefitsHealthcare / Regulated EnvironmentWe''re currently supporting a well-established healthcare organisation who are investing heavily into their digital platforms and customer systems.They''re looking for a First Line Support Analyst to join their internal applications team supporting a Salesforce-based platform used by both internal teams and external healthcare professionals.This is a great opportunity for someone coming from an Application Support, CRM Support or Service Desk background who enjoys troubleshooting issues, supporting users and taking ownership of tickets through to resolution.The environment would suit someone who is naturally analytical, calm under pressure and enjoys investigating problems rather than simply escalating them.The Role:Acting as the first point of contact for platform and application support issuesManaging and progressing incidents through to resolutionSupporting a Salesforce / CRM environment on a day-to-day basisTroubleshooting user, access, workflow and integration-related issuesEscalating more complex platform issues where requiredSupporting system improvements, testing and ongoing platform enhancementsWorking closely with internal stakeholders and external usersWhat They''re Looking For:Previous experience within Application Support, CRM Support or Service Desk environmentsExposure to Salesforce or similar CRM platformsExperience ..... full job details .....
