Quick Job Overview:

• You''ll be working as part of a team who respond to inbound calls, emails and website enquiries for a number of business partners.
• Maintaining the highest levels of client services through effective Order Management - less volume and more detailed enquiries on product lines available.
• Must be confident communicating with Key Stakeholder and Senior Management level.
• Full CRM system training will be given, but will need to be comfortable working with Microsoft applications, especially Outlook and Excel.
• As the role will include invoicing and pricing enquiries, you''ll need to be numerate and able to recognise discrepancies before they could become an issue further on down the line.
