This role is paying up to 55,000 with 3 days on site and 2 days at home. The role: Working closely with the Senior Finance Manager, Group Accountant, and Financial ControllerPreparation of monthly management accountsBalance sheet reviews and reconciliationsSupporting process improvements and system enhancementsManaging and developing a team of twoWorking closely with the Head of Finance to help establish and embed a new team structure The ideal candidate: CIMA or ACCA qualified Experience producing management accountsComfortable stepping into a leadership roleA mindset for efficiency and continuous improvementStrong communication and interpersonal skillsThis isn''t a super technical role - it''s perfect for someone who enjoys making a process smoother, supporting a team, and driving clarity in the numbers.
