Role Overview: Overall management and delivery of the month end financial reporting of the legal entities including financial analysis and commentary.Ensure balance sheet reconciliations are completed accurately and within reporting deadlines with any queries resolved in a timely manner.Cash management including tracking and forecasting.Ownership of budgeting and forecasting for the legal entities, working closely with operational and commercial teams.Ensure compliance on all tax related matters, including VAT, transfer pricing etc.Support with grant claim processes and management of third-party assurance reviews.Lead year-end statutory audit process, liaising with auditors.Accounting reviews of new or modified areas, ensuring compliance with IFRS.Develop and document business processes to drive continuous improvement and maintain and strengthen internal controls.Support accounting system upgrades and identify target areas for system optimisation.Effective collaboration with others within the reporting function along with the commercial and ..... full job details .....
