Job OverviewConstruo Recruitment is working with a well-established business in North London to recruit a Production Manager. This role involves overseeing production, factory operations, installation teams, and office administration to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality standards across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Manage Health and Safety, including staff training, inductions, toolbox talks, and fire drills

Plan and schedule production, installations, remedials, and deliveries

Liaise with customers regarding orders and deposits

Monitor production flow and staff performance in the factory

Ensure factory procedures, machine processes, and quality checks are followed

Oversee installation teams, ensuring policies, templates, and installation guidelines are adhered to

Manage office administration including timesheets, overtime approvals, and billing

Control stock, tools, and sundry items, maintaining accurate records

Candidate Requirements

Proven experience managing production, factory operations, and installation teams

Strong organisational and leadership skills

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality

Health and Safety knowledge and experience managing compliance
