Based in Aberdeen, our client requires an experienced Business Development Lead to help grow and expand their onshore/offshore catering service solution for current and future clients and manage the sales activity for the business across new and existing markets in collaboration with the business development function. In addition, as Business Development Lead, you will be responsible for managing prospects from initial contract to completing tender responses, client presentation to closing out opportunities including commercial and contractual terms. THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT Previous experience in business development activities. Commercial acumen and understanding of client rates / business Profit and Loss accounts. Understanding of and adherence to client contracts. Existing network of clients / client relationships. Ability to present catering solutions to prospective clients in an engaging, confident, and convincing manner. Drive and motivation to be successful both as part of a team and individually.
