Recruitment Consultant / Account Manager - NO SALES INVOLVED!

We are busy and looking for two Account Managers to join our team.- FT Recruit are a well established business with an enviabale portfolio of clients.- This is a non sales role and will be working with existing business.

You will be required to-

• Interview and screen candidats
• Attend client sites to perform inductions
• Schedule candidates onto shifts
• Manage a pool of workers
• Process holiday pay
• General recruitment duties.

This role does include some out of hours work but you will be working a 40 hour week.

This is a great opportunity for somebody who is loves recruitment but doesn''t enjoy the sales side of the role.- You must have relationship building skills and be able grow business through service.-
