We are currently working with a Packaging Manufacturer in St Helens who are looking to add a Skilled Plastics Toolmaker to their team of 4 other Toolmaker''s onsite manufacturing new, and repairing existing aluminium based tools.

You''ll be responsible for the following:

• Manufacture, modify and maintain plastic-tools and moulds.
• Operate CNC/NC milling and conventional toolroom machinery.
• Diagnose and resolve tooling and process issues.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Support Production and Engineering with tooling problems.
• Carry out preventative maintenance and tooling improvements.
• Drive continuous improvement and Lean manufacturing initiatives

Flexible working hours are ran through the toolroom from 5am-7pm Mon-Fri, 40 hours working per week + Weekend overtime if wanted.-
