This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established, reputable and market leading SME in the Burnley area. The successful candidate will partner with the Managing Director and be part of the SLT, with the goal of supporting the successful delivery of the aspirational Financial Strategy over the next couple of years. The remit of this role will be broad and progressive as you will be heavily involved in the day-to-day financial operations as well as managing a small yet driven finance team. You will take ownership of the policies, procedures and processes of the finance function to ensure an effective control environment; providing key strategic information to the MD and external partners, to inform decision-making and drive business performance.
