Quality Inspector AS9100 Birmingham to £34,000 + benefits Our client has been established for more than 50 years and are recognised market leaders in the manufacture of low volume, high precision complex machined parts for a range of aerospace and automotive applications and are now seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and self-motivated Quality Inspector to complement their professional Quality team. Based in Birmingham and reporting to the Quality Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that manufactured products, materials, and processes comply with AS9100 aerospace quality management standards, customer specifications, engineering drawings, and regulatory requirements. The Quality Inspector role involves performing inspections, conducting audits, documenting quality results, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to maintain the highest levels of product quality and compliance, with key responsibilities including (but not being limited to): Performing first article inspections (FAI) in accordance with AS9102 requirements.
