experienced Complex Care and Support Worker

in the Bradford area.Yorkshire Community Healthcare is a specialist Complex Care Provider supporting clients with various physical and emotional needs.This Role Will Involve:Providing person-centered care on a 2-1 basis to a man with a spinal injury.Supporting with daily needs such as tracheostomy care, ventilation support, nebulizers, cough-assists, suctioning, moving and handling, personal care, and other support as needed.Full training will be provided to develop the necessary skills.Shift Patterns:8am-8pm8pm-8am7 days per weekRequirements:Right to work in the UK (sponsorship not supported)Ability to attend a face-to-face interview in Leeds City CentreMinimum of 6 months UK-based health or social care experienceCompassionate, patient, with excellent communication skillsEnthusiastic, outgoing personality to connect with clientsAttend mandatory training in Leeds, West YorkshireAll successful applicants will undergo an enhanced DBS check.What We Offer:Referral scheme earning up to £250Company pension schemeRewarding work environmentLearning opportunities with healthcare professionalsCompetitive wagesSpecialist training in ABI / Neurological conditionsDBS compensation after 6 months (subject to passing probation)Join our team for a rewarding career.
