Working with a leading contractor to the UK water and wastewater industry, I am recruiting for a Senior Site Manager to work on a major treatment works project in Kent.

The role will involve leading and directing the site team to coordinate the safe management of all operational activities on the project, ensuring excellent levels of HSQE compliance are maintained along with programme and budget requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

• Management and supervision of supply chain sub-contractors.
• Ensure all works are undertaken to the highest HSQE standards
• Stakeholder and public liaison
• Manage, supervise and mentor the site team as appropriate
• Ensure cost conscious management through efficient use of all resources
• Prepared, reviewed and update realistic scheme programmes
• Ensure RAMS are prepared, reviewed, briefed and updated
• Ensure all as built records are provided to the CDMC for inclusion within the Health and Safety File in a timely manner following scheme completion
• Attend all training associated with Site management duties including appointed person, temporary works etc as required

To be considered for this role you should have significant experience of working in a Site Management capacity within the water or wastewater industry, and hold SMSTS or IOSH Managing Safely, CSCS, and First Aid at Work.
