14 month contract HR Operations Manager Working for an industry leader based in Berkshire Hybrid working Role Overview The HR Operations Manager leads, develops, and continuously evolves the HR Operations Delivery Team to ensure high-quality, efficient, and compliant HR services. The role is responsible for delivering customer-focused HR operations in line with legal, statutory, and service level requirements, while driving continuous improvement, automation, and operational excellence.
