A senior Technical Coordinator is required to join a privately owned House Builder and-take responsibility, work pro-actively and autonomously but report to The Technical Director in a close-knit team.

Knowledge of Building Regs / LABC warranty standards is required as is knowledge of Civil Engineering design, geo technical reports and the planning process, applications and discharge of conditions.

Internal promotion is available based entirely upon personal performance.
