We are working with secondary schools across Hastings and the surrounding areas who are looking for Drama Teachers for day-to-day supply, short-term cover and longer-term placements.

The role

• Teaching Drama across KS3 and KS4
• Delivering practical and theory-based lessons
• Teaching GCSE Drama where required
• Developing students' confidence and performance skills
• Creating engaging and creative lessons
• Planning for longer-term placements
• Supporting students of different abilities
• Managing practical lessons and groups effectively

• QTS or relevant teaching experience
• Secondary Drama teaching experience
• Strong subject knowledge
• A creative and engaging approach
• Confidence managing practical lessons
• Strong classroom management skills
• The ability to inspire and motivate students
