The role will encompass activities within highly regulated industries including Airport, Energy, Rail, Highways, Nuclear, and Transmission and Distribution sectors. Key Responsibilities:

Leading and executing procurement related activities initially, transitioning into post contract administrationWorking with NEC and FIDIC contracts for effective contract managementCollaborating within multi-sector teams to support procurement and post contract activitiesEngaging with stakeholders to understand key objectives, risks, and opportunitiesRecommending delivery models, commercial, and contracting strategies aligning with client goalsPerforming market analysis to identify trends, appetite, opportunities, and risksSharing best practice and feeding insights into the client organisationProviding mentorship and leadership to junior colleagues

Job Requirements:

Degree qualified in a construction-related disciplineMRICS, MCIPS, or equivalent chartered statusExperience in leading multiple procurements of complex construction and infrastructure projectsConfidence in managing multiple projects and delivering excellent outcomesExperience with standard form contracts, specifically FIDIC and NECStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsKnowledge and experience in a consultancy settingAbility to manage and delegate tasks, ensuring timely and budget-compliant project completionClient-focused, with a dedication to building and maintaining relationships
